In 2017, I sat in ceremony with Ayahuasca deep in the jungle of Costa Rica and my life and my consciousness have never been the same.

In 2018, I was initiated a Green Witch by elder wise woman, author and herbalist, Susun Weed. I am devoted to bridging the subliminal space between two worlds -plants and people - remembering ancestral wisdom and reminding my community that the plants heal us - in this tender time where healing is needed most.

On the journey of the divine and wild feminine, I arrived at birth. Devastated by modern masculine and medical usurpation of our sacred initiation, I sought traditional and radical remembrance. In 2022, I sat at the feet of traditional midwife Whapio and completed her Holistic Doula Certification. In 2023, I experienced my own undisturbed, physiologic birth and walked through the flames into my own motherhood. In 2024, I graduated from Radical Birth Keeper School led by Emilee Saldaya of Free Birth Society and Yolande Norris-Clark. In 2025, I completed the Weaving of the Womb traditional postpartum ceremony training under the mentorship of Michelle Joseph of Sovereign Postpartum and Sam Barrett of Saroba Wellness.

A forever student of formal birth and herbal education, I continue to receive the most profound insights and wisdom by sitting with the women and the plants themselves.
